Description
Slow down and replenish yourself. Experience improvements in physical, mental, and emotional health as you learn the basics of the ancient practice of T'ai Chi. These classes can stand alone in developing a daily practice and lay the groundwork for future growth. Class will be held outdoors and will meet between the A and B wing of the Annex.
