Description
This course will provide an introduction to methods used in genetic epidemiology. The ultimate aim of genetic epidemiology is to identify genes responsible for the genetic component of a disease. We will discuss methods for identifying that there is a genetic component to a disease and how to find the genes responsible for the genetic component.
