MUSC 6845 - Orchestra Audition Practicum

Meets with MUSC 4845. To prepare string performance majors for orchestra auditions. The practicum will center on learning orchestra excerpts for each instrument and strategies for performing successfully under pressure. Main emphasis will be on actual performance, but additional reading will be assigned concerning techniques for concentration and focus.
