Description
The Supreme Court of the United States impacts our daily lives in ways that often go unnoticed. We will delve into the various roles of the Court and the issues with which it is presented. Each of the six class sessions will address a different issue and be taught by faculty members of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. These classes will include stimulating discussions related to the power of the federal government, racial discrimination, same-sex marriage, freedom of speech, war, and campaign finance.
