Description
This class is a continuation of a previous Osher class taught by Keller Higbee, Great Poetry of the 20th Century: Introduction. We will continue our study of great poetry, expanding the range beyond the 20th Century to include poets such as Dickinson, Byron, Shelley, Keats, and Shakespeare, while continuing with a number of modern writers including T. S. Eliot, Marge Piercy, and Mary Oliver. Prerequisite: Great Poetry of the 20th Century: Introduction.
