Description
In this four-week class, learn how to assemble metal clay components and unique beads into wearable creations. You may even find new uses for broken jewelry parts. Techniques include knotting, wire wrapping, and installing clasps (cold connections, no soldering). Design aspects will also be addressed. Thread, leather cord, wire, some findings, and other supplies will be available and are covered by the special fee. Jewelry tools will be available for use in class, as well as recommendations on creating your own tool kit. Bring metal clay components, beads, and any interesting small objects to class, as well as any tools and supplies you have on hand. Expect to complete a number of finished jewelry creations.
