Description
Today's project management environment is challenging. Requirements change as the pace of change increases. Technology disrupts even the best plans. The project goal is a moving target as customer goals change. In parallel, we are under constant pressure to improve our processes and do more with less. In this dynamic environment, what can project and process leaders do? Using collaboration models, a framework for making better decisions, and agile methods, project managers can not only survive but thrive in a world of seeming project and requirements chaos. In this class you will learn a set of pragmatic, usable project management tools that will improve project success - for projects ranging from software development, to process improvements, to systems implementation, to product development. This course is ideal for both experienced and beginning project managers and for those who are project managers by title or not.
