Inspire your senses with the aroma, taste, and texture of freshly baked whole grain artisan bread. But beware! Store-bought bread will never satisfy you again. We will cover a foolproof, step-by-step process to craft a dark country boule, starting with shopping for ingredients through bread storage. The key artisan techniques including white wheat, preferment, stretch & fold, and steam baking will be highlighted to achieve the signature flavor, crust and crumb of Artisan bread. We'll experiment with variations including Gruyere and Seeded to inspire your own creations. This is a hands-on class, so be prepared to dig in and sample bread hot out of the oven! Class is limited to 10.
