Description
After the movie "Sideways," Pinot Noir pushed aside previously popular red wine varieties and became the star of California. Known for its thin skin and low tannin, this is one of the red grapes with the ability to pair with fish, chicken and vegetables. You will taste Pinot Noir from its birthplace, Bourgogne, France, and some of the best examples from California, Oregon, and New Zealand. You will determine the style and wine region that is perfect for you and your next Pinot pairing! Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
