Description
Chardonnay is quite a versatile grape, easy to grow, and very well known around the world. This is the famous white grape in Champagne, immensely diverse in its' ability to pair with food, and able to improve with age in the cellar. You will taste six Chardonnays from young to old, and from inexpensive to premium with a French Wine Scholar. You will be amazed at the difference in taste of a Chardonnay depending on where it is grown and what vessel it is aged in. You will leave with a list of food pairing suggestions for your favorite style of Chardonnay. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
