Are you looking to build muscle, flexibility, stability, symmetry, and core strength? Maybe you're rehabbing from injury, want to reduce the risk of injury or want to improve your favorite sport. Mat pilates is for students of all ages, body types and physiques. Classes focus on posture, correct alignment, and proper breathing which will help you build a long, lean healthy body. Registration allows you to attend 10 sessions of mat pilates at Total Body Pilates. Class schedule can be viewed at Sampler is valid for three months and cannot be renewed within the same term. Activation starts day of first day of class.
