Learn new ways to enhance your immune system with herbal preparations during cold and flu season. We'll discuss herbs, teas, decoctions, tonics and foods that stimulate functions, increase vitality, help strengthen our deep immune core, and support the lymphatic system. We'll demonstrate the process for making Elderberry Syrup, Fire Cider, and an Inversion Tea; students will take home samples of each. Co-sponsored with Red Butte Garden.
