NUCL 5300 - Nuclear Safeguards for 21st Century

Nuclear safeguards assumes guarding public health and public safety against sabotage and theft. This course will introduce all aspects of the nuclear safeguards in US and abroad. There is an immediate need for specialists in nuclear safeguards. The course will build basic knowledge and understanding of nuclear non-proliferation, nuclear forensics and nuclear safeguards.
