LAW 7891 - Technology and Modern Litigation

This skills-centered course will focus on the impact of technology on all aspects of litigation from service of process through discovery through trial. Key topics of the course include: e-discovery; the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information; modern discovery tools; trial presentation technologies; and the strategic and ethical considerations raised by technology in litigation.
