Description
The peach-colored rose wines from Provence and the South of France have the longest history of winemaking technique in the world and are so food friendly, they pair perfectly with most any dish. Come taste what the locals in Nice, Marseille, and St. Tropez are drinking, and see what Utah has added to the rose section of the wine stores. Six wines will be paired with cheese from the South of France. Weather permitting, we will enjoy our wines on the outside patio. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
