Do you love tarts but avoid making them because the crust doesn't come out the way you'd like? In this class you'll learn to make traditional French tart dough and the tricks to make it come out flaky every time. We'll take that dough to make two types of fruit tart (one with the fruit baked in and one with the fruit added fresh), a coconut cream tart, and a caramel nut tart. As a bonus, we'll also make a toaster tart. This class is taught in a demonstration format and we'll have samples of each tart made in class. This class requires 48 hour advanced registration.
