Utah's local food culture is ever expanding with new varieties of world renowned cheese from cow, sheep, and goat milk. At the same time, Utah wineries are increasing the number of wines crafted from grape varieties sourced from California and Washington State. We will find the most delicious combinations of these local cheeses and wines as we take an educational and tasty journey through 6 wines and 6 cheeses, all crafted in Utah.
