Description
Enjoy a five course culinary experience as you learn about food trends from Portland, OR and surrounding areas and appropriate wine pairings from the Willamette Valley. Oregon is dominated by small, mostly family operated vineyards, most of which are west of the Cascade Mountain Range. Similar in the terroir of Bourgogne France, Oregon's fame comes from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Our dinner pairings will be a reflection of what Oregon does best, and is most known for--Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. Come hungry, leave happy!
