Expand your meditation beyond the cushion with this exploration of walking and standing meditation forms. Students will be introduced to four types of walking meditation and the history, practical aspects, breathing methods and mantras associated with each. Students will be given time to practice each form during the duration of the class, and some practice will be conducted outside. Please wear clothing appropriate to the season and wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking or standing.
