This fun, dance workout will have you up and moving to the 'oldies' incorporating dance moves you love, as well as current music and dance styles. Improve balance, endurance, tone and rhythm as you dance your way to improved physical fitness levels and mental acuity. This class is appropriate for all skill and fitness levels. Please wear athletic workout shoes.
