Description
This course provides an introduction to human behavior and systems theories that guide social work practice. Within a micro, mezzo, macro framework, students will become familiar with the tools to assess the systems and services that are central to case management practice with individuals, families, groups and communities. Participants will develop knowledge of case management ethics and explore common ethical dilemmas and boundaries issues that confront case managers.
