Description
Millefiori, or "thousand flowers", is a traditional glassmaking technique that beautifully translates into the medium of polymer clay. The clay is conditioned, formed and shaped into a Millefiori cane from which slices, each with an identical design, are produced. Discover the versatility of this exciting medium with internationally known polymer clay artist Jana Roberts Benzon. Learn the materials, tools, and techniques needed to produce your own canes which will be used to create jewelry, sculpture or a household object. The special fee covers clay and a cutting blade. A list of additional supplies needed can be found online or call 801-587-5433.
