Description
Meets with BIOEN 4250. Fundamental principles of mechanics applied to the study of biological systems. Passive mechanical behaviors of biological materials, measurement of nonlinear strain in tissues, arterial flow, mechanical interactions of implants with tissue, skeletal muscle mechanics, segmental biomechanics, and control of motion.
