Description
Succession planning is an integral part of strategic human resource management. Continuity of leadership assures uninterrupted services to the community and long term stability. We will address succession planning as a resourcing activity and the methods of identifying potential for succession planning including committee selection, appraisal of potential, and assessment centers.
