Description
Cheeses made from the milk of different animals each have their own unique flavor and texture characteristics. Compare cheeses made from Spanish sheep's milk and Artisan versions from California. Taste goat cheeses from France and both coasts of the US including fresh Chevre and aged gouda styles. Learn about other dairy animals such as the Water Buffalo, which gives us luscious Mozzarella di Buffala. And finally, taste cow's milk cheese with specialty finishes and affinage (aging) which impart many flavor nuances.
