We will also explore the world of MicroGreens - those tiny flavorful items adorning your food at high end restaurants. These greens are immensely flavorful versions of their fully grown counterparts and allow opportunities to harvest things you can't grow as a sprout - like Cilantro, Lettuce, Basil and many more.
