Description
Explore the basic tenants of Ecopsychology and discover the role of Nature in finding solace, wisdom, connection and personal insight. A guided field trip will allow us to experience what we sense but have not been taught in modern society -- that we ARE Nature, that we become more wholly who we really are when we have an ongoing relationship with Nature, and that the health of the natural world is inextricably tied to our own wellbeing. Sundays class is a field trip in Cottonwood Canyon.
