This course will provide an introduction to data-driven decision making and answer such questions as: What are the benefits of using data to guide organizational and team decisions? What are the costs of not using data? Why are metrics so important? What must be done before you can hope to select meaningful metrics? What makes a metric useful? How do I make sense out of all this data? What do I do when the data tells me there is a problem? How can I effectively communicate what I learn from data to others in my organization? This course is great for managers, leaders, project managers, accountants, and anyone who wants to get a better understanding of how to use data to make better decisions.
