Description
In this exciting and dynamic online course, students receive an introduction to the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations; this program also prepares participants to successfully complete the ITIL certification exam required for entry into future ITIL intermediate-level training courses. The program covers the following five core disciplines that make up the service lifecycle framework: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. This program was developed for busy professionals, who prefer to participate in engaging, instructor-led, online training. The live courses are set up as two-hour, web-based classes that occur each day over a two week period; this allows students to train and keep up on work. The content is designed for entry-level professionals who want to work in an IT service management environment. Individuals can use this program to enhance their abilities, skills, and resumes; those seeking ITIL certification can use this program to prepare for the rigorous exam associated with this credential. Our program aligns with Axelos ITIL requirements. It also provides students with the ability to pass the basic ITIL certification exam. Students can register and begin this program at any time. Courses include one full year of access to hands-on labs, recorded lectures, practice exams, and mentoring services (if necessary); students can even re-take a course as often as they wish during the one-year access period. This level of access provides students with the opportunity to be very comfortable with ITIL concepts prior to taking a certification exam.
