Description
Meets with ELP 7210. This course introduces aspiring educational leaders to the multiple and complex components of leadership necessary to lead effective, equitable, and democratic organizations. The content of the course includes leadership theories, vision and culture, conflict and power as well as the skills of using data to lead change and reflective practice. Inherent in the coursework is the development of leadership dispositions that promote school effectiveness, equity and social justice, and democratic community.
