YEEMT 77 - Magic: The Gathering Bootcamp (Age 10-16)

Come play one of the world's most popular collectible card games. Mighty mages cast powerful spells and summon mythical creatures in this beautifully illustrated, elaborately designed, strategy card game. This course is geared primarily toward new players who will learn the basics of the rules, deck building and strategy. Magic has two engaging aspects: (1) deck building - assembling a powerful deck before the game starts, and (2) the in-game decisions you make that maximize the power of your deck. Magic: the Gathering is surprisingly deep, fast, fun and challenging game for all ages. After completing the course, students will be ready to join the vast community of players who participate in weekly organized play programs around the world.
