Description
This course includes nomenclature, chronology and methods of designation for human teeth. Form, size and contour of teeth, including external and internal anatomy of the permanent and primary dentitions, inter-tooth relationships, and occlusion are presented in detail. Basic principles of maxillo-mandibular relationships, static and functional, as related to the occlusal surfaces of the teeth, masticatory muscles, and temporomandibular joints are covered as well.
