Description
This course informs students how different design professions interact within the varying scales of everyday life from the "city to salt shaker." Students will learn about design disciplines and their connection to the built environment at multiple scales as well as the interconnected design methods and impact of each design discipline. Design Contexts serves as one of a course set offered to foundation design students to prepare for admission into on of three program options: Architecture, City and Metropolitan Planning, and Multi-Disciplinary Design.
