Description
This course examines theories, issues, challenges, and processes of program planning and evaluation for educational leaders. This course will examine the program implementation and evaluation cycle; including the data informed decision making processes of program planning and implementation of educational programs, monitoring/evaluating program effectiveness relative to targeted outcomes, and making empirical decisions with respect to continuation, revision, or termination of these programs. This course addresses the most fundamental skills and responsibilities to which school leaders are held accountable: making data informed decisions that promote quality and equitable education for all children.
