Description
Leadership involves collaboration, teamwork and establishing relationships that can lead to positive and transformational change. The primary purpose of this course is to facilitate learning opportunities and experiences, which provide students with the knowledge, mind-set and skills to assume key leadership positions on campus. Throughout the semester students will become acquainted with a variety of leadership theories and practices that will increase their effectiveness as a leader both at the University and in their community. In addition, students will learn a great deal about themselves, their peers, and the University.
