OSHER 924 - Poetry for Enrichment

First rate poetry, properly presented, deepens our experience and makes life richer. This class continues Osher's Poetry for Enrichment series in which we see how good poetry illuminates life, beauty, death, love, war, loneliness, faith, and joy. In the process, we also investigate poetry itself, its art, craft, and history. Some of the poems will be funny, some will be sad. All will be important and worthwhile. No prerequisite is required. This class is for people who don't know much about poetry and who are about to discover how much they enjoy it.
