Description
This course provides an accelerated introduction to Finance, Economics, and Marketing through an entrepreneurial lens, tuned specifically for engineering students. The overarching course themes are: identifying and testing opportunities, new venture financing, and general management. Students will be evaluated both on their in-class, case-study participation and on a capstone business plan project which includes a detailed 20-page deliverable, a pitch deck, and a poster.
