The course uses a variety of discussions, facilitations, exercises, and cases analyses to help students gain an understanding of what it means to manage diversity on a systemic level. Specific attention is given to enhancing public speaking and writing skills. The class is open to all majors and both undergraduate and graduate students; and is well suited for students in business, entrepreneurship, communication, human resources, gender studies, sociology, and psychology.
