Description
This course provides an overview of the key theories and ideas supporting the critical analysis of contemporary U.S. independent media. Exploring the ways in which indie media has been understood from the 1970s to the present, this course will study the ways in which film, television, podcasts, and web series have been intertwined with independent mediamaking. Meets with FILM 3325.
