(1) Mindful breathing, (2) balance, (3) flexibility, (4) physical strength, and (5) walking are five keys to healthy living. We will begin each class with a mini-workshop on one key, then practice that specific key using a variety of activities including easy, low-impact yoga and Qigong poses. Leave this course with new or improved skills you can use every day. Balanced Bodies is the perfect way to get active again. No prior yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes for movement.
