Corequisites: BIOEN 3301.
Description
Meets with BIOEN 6702. The course will emphasize self-guided and peer-assisted, hands-on practical time with the software and data examples. Formal lectures (1 per week) will provide introduction to the core ideas and the software. Finally, a series of guest lectures from scientists from the University will provide informative examples of the use of imaging based modeling and analysis in biomedical research. Grading criteria will be more stringent for graduate students.
