Description
Critical Race Theory (CRT) is an analytical framework that provides a  race-based epistemological and methodological approach to study racial  inequality in education.  This doctoral seminar focuses on the  application of CRT to educational leadership, policy, and practice.  The  main objectives of this seminar are to help students understand CRT as a  theoretical framework, critique its utility and limitations, and  consider its application to their own research and practice in  educational leadership and educational policy.
