Description
The purpose of this course is to provide students with a structured learning experience as they develop and complete their capstone projects required for the Master's of Education degree with an emphasis in Student Affairs in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy. The scholar-researcher capstone project involves identifying a research problem, engaging research literature, writing a literature review, critically analyzing the literature, and presenting on the findings from the review. The scholar-practitioner project involves identifying a problem of practice, engaging relevant literature and research, developing a theory-to practice project to address identified needs, and presenting the program to a mock approval board.
