PROEA 605 - Project Management Tools featuring MS Project

This class dives into the management of a project through a tools perspective. This interactive class allows you to work with some of the most popular project management tools on the market. During this training, time will be spent with project management templates that support effective project management. Along with some project management basics, students will learn how to use calendars, tasks, milestones, task relationships, project resource management, critical path method application, project plan, collaboration through various tools, task structures, views and reporting. Tools that will be discussed and used are: MS Project 2016, Smartsheet, and MS Excel.
