Course Components:
This course offers a variety of fitness classes that students may take part in. Classes offered vary by location, and generally include the following: Yoga, Zumba, Cycling, Water Aerobics, Circuit Training, Body Pump, TRX, Lebarre, and Core. Any additional classes that fall under the location’s Group Fitness Classes included in their community membership are also available for students. **Fitness classes offered for a separate rate (generally listed separately from the Group Fitness Classes and marked with a “*” in the schedule) are not available for students. **Pilates, Kickboxing, and Boot Camp are also unavailable for students.
