Description
This course will explore the first ten amendments to the US Constitution including the sources and early history of each of the enumerated rights, and the interpretations provided by the US Supreme Court over the last 240 years. While we will cover all ten amendments, we will focus on Amendments I (speech, press, religion and assembly), IV (privacy), and V and VI (due process).
