Description
Join master chef Greg Reith for a series in which you will be interacting, participating with and observing the master at work. Chef G will deliver a four-part series covering culinary basics, modernist applications and skills, and how to cross-utilize and maximize your grocery budgets. These subjects will include pasta making, bread baking, the new "mother sauces," vegetarian lifestyle, seasonal cooking and entertaining, backyard basics, and most importantly to Chef G - knife skills for life! Integrated into every class is a Q&A portion, student participation, and applied skills.
