As per University of Utah guidelines, this will be an online course. The pre-course meeting will be held via a synchronous Zoom meeting on November 12th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The curriculum will regard travel in avalanche terrain, avalanche causes, snow stability, decision making, terrain selection, and companion rescue.
