LLART 316 - Digital Animation with After Effects

This class will introduce students to the basic layout and tools of Adobe After Effects, one of the leading software programs for digital animation, compositing, and special effects for video production. Students will learn to import images and audio, create and animate shapes and text, use effects and animation presets, create and move a simple animated character, and other common features in the program. Each student will use these techniques to create a short motion graphics video.
