Current events have resulted in widespread distress and sleeplessness so that we begin to wonder, is ANYONE able to sleep these days? Join Dr. Howard Leaman for a tour of proven behavioral sleep interventions that could help you sleep better during these stressful times. During the first session we will explore techniques that we typically use in clinic for insomnia patients; in the next session we will learn and practice some mindfulness exercises for anxiety and insomnia. This class won't take the place of your medical or psychological care or treatment and is intended for those with situational sleep difficulties related to the pandemic.
